No lease is required for our rooms. We are able to rent any room available for short-term options...rehab stay, respite, winter getaway, work trip, your furnace is out/needing repair...you name it. We do not have a minimum night stay requirement.

Guests do have the luxury of all of the amenities of our rooms--

3 meals a day, laundry twice weekly, housekeeping weekly, etc.
